1
Case Study:
Designed and implemented a customized OLC-inspired framework to evaluate 86 online courses across 18 programs, setting a new institutional benchmark for instructional quality and design improvement.
Result:
Established a data-driven baseline that guided improvements leading to a 97% overall course quality score of all courses within 1.5 years.
Acquisition of ElevenLabs
Following TPRM procedures we were able to procure an ElevenLabs license.
Student Preferance Prototype
Created a video player prototype of male / female voices with language options.

2
Case Study:
After being approached by leadership, I proposed and designed a prototype using ElevenLabs to translate lectures and written material into natural male or female voices, with potential expansion into multiple languages and learner-choice settings.
Result:
Although the project ended early due to institutional changes, the DEI Solutions prototype demonstrated how AI tools can personalize learning and amplify inclusivity. It sparked further discussion about representation, accessibility, and language equity within course design.

DEI Interactive Story Example
Created a branching scenario in Articulate that demonstrates the considerations and process of the case study. (view below)
Instructor Development Programs (IDP)
Case Study:
A live workshop series created to help instructors apply learning design principles and elevate course quality through practice and reflection.
Result:
The IDP workshop series advanced instructional quality and consistency across programs, providing a structured space for professional growth and shared best practices.
